1. The short version

The Nexform AI website sets no cookies. It does not use local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, fingerprinting, or any other method of storing information on your device or recognising you between visits.

It also makes no third-party requests. Every asset the site needs — fonts, stylesheet, script, images — is served from nexformai.co.uk itself, so no other company sees your visit.

2. What we do not use

To be explicit, this website does not use any of the following:

• analytics of any kind, including Google Analytics;
• tag managers;
• advertising, remarketing or conversion-tracking pixels;
• social media embeds, share buttons or trackers;
• fonts loaded from an external service;
• third-party content delivery networks for site assets;
• heatmaps, session recording or A/B testing tools;
• chat widgets;
• CAPTCHA services on our forms.

We are not counting visitors, building profiles, or passing anything to advertisers. If you would like to tell us you were here, our contact form is the only mechanism.

3. Why there is no cookie banner

Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, consent is required before storing information on someone’s device, or gaining access to information already stored there, unless doing so is strictly necessary to provide a service that person has asked for.

We store nothing, so the requirement does not apply and a banner would be meaningless. We would rather the site simply did not track you than ask your permission to.

4. What the site does load

Everything the site loads comes from our own domain:

• Fonts. Montserrat, Inter and Space Mono, self-hosted as WOFF2 files from /assets/fonts/. These are open-licence typefaces, served by us rather than by Google.
• Stylesheet and script. One CSS file and one JavaScript file, both from /assets/. The JavaScript handles animation, the navigation menu and form validation. It stores nothing and sends nothing anywhere.
• Images. Our logo, icons and one photograph, all served from our own domain.

Our web host keeps ordinary server logs, which typically record an IP address, the page requested and a timestamp. That is a normal function of serving a web page rather than a tracking technology, and it is covered in our Privacy Policy.

The contact form sends only what you type into it, directly to us by email. Nothing is stored in a database and nothing is passed to a third party.

5. Leaving this site

Some links take you to services we do not control: our booking page on Google Calendar, our profiles on LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Instagram, and our blog. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else’s website, and their cookie and privacy policies apply instead of ours.

Nothing is loaded from any of those services until you choose to click through.

6. If this changes

If we ever add something that does set a cookie — analytics, for example — we will update this page, and we will ask for your consent first where the law requires it. The “last updated” date at the top tells you when this page last changed.
